    • Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
    • Guide and Entrances to the monuments.
    • Any increase in taxes or fuel, leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

    Tour Conditions

    • These rates are applicable to All Nationals.
    • A minimum of 02 persons are required.
    • Children below 05 years complimentary without extra Bed. Children between 5 to 12 years will be charged as per hotel policy. Children above the age of 12 years will be charged the applicable adult rates.
    • All Rates & bookings subject to availability.
    • Rates are subject to change.
    • Tour confirmation only on receipt of full payment.
    • The Process of Refund will take around 60 days to complete & the refund will be paid by Cheque or credit note only.
    • Tour is organized on the basis final instructions and requirements received from yourselves and on your own risk and responsibilities.
    • Law prevalent in India is applicable and as a part of the cause of action arises in Mumbai and the Company has its Registered Office in Mumbai, it is agreed between the parties that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in a court / forum / tribunal in Mumbai alone having jurisdiction to decide the matter.

    Cancellations Policy

    • Before 30 days 10% of tour cost.
    • Before 15 days 15% of tour cost.
    • Before 07 days 25% of tour cost.
    • Before 72 hours 50% of Tour cost.
    • No Show 100% of tour cost.
    • During High peak season period Hotels Specific Cancellation Policies will be applicable in these cases the hotels may not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after issuance of Voucher

    Important Note :  The above given cost is calculated on the basis of the selected hotels and base or mentioned category of rooms. In case Rooms in the above said hotels are not availableat the time of booking then we will offer similar category hotel and the costing is subject tochange as per the rates & availability of rooms. Please note that this is our offer letter and we are not holding any rooms in the above said hotel as of now. We will process the booking upon your receipt of your confirmation.

    Liability

    • Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused
    • Any act, omission, default of any dependent Contractor or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused.
    • The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused including willful negligence on the part of any person.
    • We shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to the Client due to reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).
    • No liability on our part arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, and excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for.
    NOTE:
    • In Case of exceptional circumstances where in we are not in position to provide Hotel mentioned, we shall offer similar Hotel.
    • All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.
    • In case of increase in Airfare (If included) we shall be duly compensated by actual supplement cost at time of booking.
    • The timings given in itinerary and program may be changed without notice keeping in mind local development.
    • Visit to all Museums in program is subject to their remaining open on day of visit as per rules of competent authority.
    • All Cost quoted is in INR (Indian Rupee).
    • All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist at the time of checkout.

    Itinerary

    Day 1Arrive Mumbai – Nashik (170 KMS / 04:00 HRS)

    Arrive at Mumbai Airport / Railways Station. Proceed to Nashik. Welcome to Nashik, the third largest city in Maharashtra paves way to many fascinating forts and royally graceful temples that possess an aura of exuberance! you will be transferred to Hotel. On arrival, check into your hotel. Then visit Panchvati. Panchavati has significant religious significance for Hindus with a temple complex on the bend of the Godavari river. Overnight at Nashik.

    Day 2Nashik

    Morning after breakfast Visit the famous Trimbakeshwar Temple, one of India’s most sacred temples and one of the 12 most important shrines of Shiva. Someshwara Temple, one of the oldest temples dedicated to Lord Mahadeva situated on the Banks of the River Godavari. Visit Ramkund, the bathing tank in the heart of Nashik’s old quarters where hundreds of pilgrims arrive daily to bath and pray. Also visit the Kala Rama Temple which is just a short walk uphill, east of Ramkund. The rest of the evening is at leisure. Overnight in Nashik.

    Day 3Nashik – Mumbai Drop

    Morning after breakfast drive to Mumbai Airport / Railway Station to board Flight or train for your destination. Tour Ends with sweet memories..
