• 2 Photo with white background 80% face coverage semi mate finish, New One (3.5 x 4.5 cm)
• Personal Covering Letter (Address to, The Visa Officer, Singapore Consulate, Chennai)
• Last Three months bank statement
• Last there months’ pays lip(if Working)
• Ticket copy (if Any)
• Hotel Confirmation (if Any)

Processing Time: 3-5 Working Days After submission

• PRE ARRIVAL REGISTRATION (Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of exit from Hong Kong)

• Valid Passport With at least 6 months validity from the date of travel. The passport should also have a minimum of four blank visa pages. Passport should be valid for at least 188 days on the date of submission. Old passport required.
• Visa Form 1 online visa application form: https://www.visaforchina.cn/DEL3_EN/qianzhengyewu (photograph on page 1 and 2 should be absolutely clear. There should be no printing lines on the photo while printing the visa form)
• Old Passport Only if the new passport is a fresh passport ( same photo as uploaded on the visa application form).
• Passport Size Photo 2 recent color photographs (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa) with 80% face coverage. Detailed specifications provided in notes below. Photo should be without specs
• Aadhar card copy
• Inviter’s Id
• Inviter’s valid national id card copy is required
• Chinese Company Registration
• Invitation from Chinese Company as per the Embassy format strictly (Invitation letter format attached in the Forms section) and ID copy of inviter (Inviter should be the same person who is signing the invitation letter).
• Signatory Name should be written in the Chinese language and Signatures should be in Chinese.
• Company’s Cover Letter
• Addressed to The Visa Officer Embassy of People`s Republic of China New Delhi on Company Letterhead with entry and exit dates, PAX name and passport number.
