Fascinating Lonavala(2N/3D)

Pick up from Mumbai airport/railway station and drive to Lonavala, famous for its seemingly innumerable varieties of Chikki. It is called Jewel of the Sahyadri Mountains. Check into the hotel and then proceed for a sightseeing tour. Visit Duke point- the cliff resembles the nose of the Duke of Wellington. It is a popular viewpoint as it offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, valleys and forests. Continue to visit, Tungarli Lake, Tiger’s Leap where one will have the illusion of a tiger leaping across the valley and Valvan Dam with a beautiful garden at it foots. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Today, after breakfast visit Sunset Point, Kaivalyadham Yoga Centre, Bushi Dam, the Monsoon Lake, Karla and Bhaja Caves which represents the best example of rock-cut architecture. The Bhaja Cave complex comprises 18 caves and 14 stupas and its origins date back to the 2nd century. Proceed to visit Lohagad Fort which was considered as impregnable.
